Application Overview
The purpose and features of Health Insight 365
Health Insight 365 helps people turn laboratory results into understandable wellness information and practical lifestyle considerations. The app brings uploaded bloodwork, personal context, and educational guidance into one organized experience.
Purpose
Laboratory reports can be difficult to interpret without context. Health Insight 365 organizes reported markers, identifies results that may deserve attention, and presents plain-language insights that users can review before speaking with a healthcare professional.
What users can do
- Follow a guided first-use dashboard before the first completed analysis.
- Upload a supported laboratory report for Analysis Engine processing.
- Review extracted markers and an organized report summary.
- Review a longitudinal Overall Health Summary across available bloodwork.
- Compare bloodwork reports side by side, with options to rearrange or hide columns for the current signed-in session without changing the reports or the Abnormal Marker Trend.
- See lifestyle considerations aligned with markers that may need attention.
- Review a color-coded action-plan summary on Home and track report recommendations as planned, in progress, paused, or completed.
- Record how they feel and view that context with the relevant report.
- Connect supported Apple Health activity information after granting permission.
- Manage uploaded reports, profile information, privacy choices, and account deletion.
- Optionally protect the signed-in App with Face ID or Apple’s device-passcode fallback.
How the experience works
- The user signs in or creates an account using a supported sign-in method.
- Before the first completed analysis, Home explains the three-step process and clearly labels its non-personal dashboard preview as an example.
- The user selects a laboratory report and confirms the upload.
- A visible staged tracker follows secure upload, file-safety screening, analysis-access verification, extraction and analysis, and report preparation.
- The Analysis Engine extracts and organizes the report information.
- The first-use guidance is replaced by the user’s populated dashboard and report with marker-focused insights and lifestyle considerations.
- The user can revisit active reports, refresh report details, and manage recommendation progress from either Home or the corresponding Report Detail; both views use the same saved action status.
- From Insight, the user can open Compare to review reports in date order, filter markers, and temporarily tailor the column layout. Leaving Insight closes Compare; reopening it during the same session restores those display choices.
- The user can review a record of deleted report names and deletion dates and submit categorized application feedback from Help or My Profile.
Privacy and account protection
Health Insight 365 applies the same account protections to email, Google, and Apple sign-in methods. Direct account identifiers are protected using encryption and pseudonymous lookup values. Access controls keep each user’s records separate. Data remains personal information and is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Pricing approach
The first eligible analysis is free. Each additional analysis requires a one-time in-app purchase at the price shown before confirmation. Health Insight 365 does not require a subscription. Deleting a report does not restore the free analysis.
Important health information
Health Insight 365 provides educational information to support personal wellness and informed conversations with a qualified healthcare professional. It does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, replace professional medical care, or provide emergency services. Users should seek urgent medical help for an emergency.
Profile and account activity
Profile information, including waist measurement and avatar choice, is optional. Users may select a built-in icon or choose a personal photo through the iPhone photo picker. A selected photo is cropped and compressed for account-specific avatar display, including the Profile tab icon. New and existing accounts use a default person icon until another avatar is saved. Recognized height, weight, and waist values can be displayed in imperial or metric units. Account Activity provides recent sign-in, policy, and report-processing records for your account; it is not a complete forensic history.
My Profile also offers an optional App Lock. When enabled, iOS authenticates the user with Face ID or its device-passcode fallback before reopening the signed-in App. The setting is separate for each Health Insight 365 account on each iPhone. It is off until the user enables it, and Health Insight 365 does not receive or store facial biometric data or the iPhone passcode.
Sign-in IP and approximate location recording are separate, optional choices. Location also requires iPhone permission and is not tracked continuously. Unfamiliar activity can be reported using the email link in My Profile; review and send the message yourself, without passwords or health reports.
My Profile also provides the account’s Log Out control and direct access to Send Feedback. Feedback may include optional app and device diagnostics only when the user authorizes them; users are instructed not to submit medical records, passwords, or payment information.
